A woman will testify at R. Kelly's child-pornography trial that she had three-way sex with Kelly and the allegedly underage girl in the videotape in the case.

Metallica - Metallica To Launch Album Online

LATEST: METALLICA are moving forward with plans to release their forthcoming album online - starting with the launch of material on their new website on Monday (12May08).

The site, Mission: Metallica, will provide downloads of the band's latest material, live shows and delivery of the album upon its arrival in stores, although there is no mention of the cost of the service.

The website also includes promises of video footage of the band in the studio, writing songs and the chance to win backstage passes for upcoming concerts.

The untitled album is currently set for release later this year (Sep08) and will mark the band's ninth studio album and an end to their record deal with Warners.

Metallica will join bands like Radiohead and Nine Inch Nails, who have all released their own material online.

Simon Pegg - Pegg Embarrassed By Anderson Meeting

British actor SIMON PEGG was embarrassed to meet GILLIAN ANDERSON on the set of their new movie - because he once played a character who was obsessed with the X-FILES star.

The comedian first shot to fame in the U.K. by writing and starring in 1999 sitcom Spaced, playing a science-fiction fan who fantasises about Anderson.

The pair eventually met while working on new film How To Lose Friends and Alienate People, and Pegg admits he was devastated when the actress found out about his previous role.

He says, "I was trying to keep it quiet, but then a producer told her. I was mortified but she took it well and I've given her the DVDs to watch.

Besnehard takes rights to 'Grandmothers'

CANNES -- French superagent-turned-producer Dominique Besnehard has snagged the literary adaptation rights to Nobel Prize-winning author Doris Lessing's "The Grandmothers."

Besnehard's production shingle, Mon Voisin Prods., is producing the English-language drama, which will be directed by Anne Fontaine and co-star Nathalie Baye and an A-list American actress. "I dream of casting Susan Sarandon in the role," Besnehard said.

"Grandmothers" is the story of two fiftysomething women, each of whom is having an affair with the other's son.

Fontaine, currently in pre-production on her highly anticipated Coco Chanel biopic starring Audrey Tautou, will shoot "Grandmothers" in Biarritz after production on "Coco" wraps.

Mon Voisin Prods. wrapped shooting on Caroline Bottaro's "Joueuse," starring Kevin Kline and Sandrine Bonnaire, earlier this week and is in post-production on Jean-Michel Ribes' "Musee Haut, Musee Bas," which stars a who's who of Gallic talent and is set for a September release in France.

Besnehard also plans to go back to his agent roots with new series "10%," in development for pay TV network Canal Plus. The series takes place in a French talent agency and will feature a number of guest appearances from celebrities playing themselves.
